    Join us for an upbeat, forward-looking December program featuring the leaders shaping the future of development in our region. We are excited to welcome Hugh Futrell, Scott Orr (Santa Rosa’s new Director of Planning), and Gabe Osborn, Director of Planning & Economic Development for the City of Santa Rosa. 

    This program will focus on the positive momentum underway in planning, permitting, and development, highlighting what is changing, what is improving, and what businesses can expect moving into 2026.

    Come meet the new Permit Sonoma Director and hear directly about what’s changing inside Permit Sonoma, what improvements are already in motion, and how the department is working to streamline processes and better support development across the county.
